Welcome to my
website, which strives to present the pictorial beauty of the universe beyond
our solar system. Gallery images range from wide-angle panoramas of the Milky
Way to close-ups of distant galaxies.
Except where noted, all images on this site were taken and processed
by me. Much credit goes to
Rent-A-Scope and the New Mexico Skies Guest Observatory, whose superb
equipment was used to capture many of the images. The reviews page
contains my personal comments regarding the equipment and techniques used to
acquire and process the photos. Visitors are encouraged to contact me with
any questions or comments. Special
thanks to the Chicago Astronomical Society for their support, especially Tom
Pappalardo, for introducing me to Rent-A-Scope and for his indispensable help
